JIRI Studio User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is concluded between you and SHENRICHENG and its JIRI Studio (hereinafter collectively referred to as "JIRI Studio"), and this Agreement has contractual effect.
Important Notice:
Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand all terms and conditions, especially the clauses that exempt or limit JIRI Studio's liability (hereinafter referred to as "exemption clauses"), clauses that restrict user rights (hereinafter referred to as "restriction clauses"), clauses that stipulate dispute resolution methods and judicial jurisdiction, and separate agreements for activating or using certain services.
Unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use JIRI Studio services. If you have opinions or suggestions about this Agreement or JIRI Studio services, you can contact JIRI Studio customer service, and we will provide you with necessary help.
By clicking agree, accept, or next, or by registering and using JIRI Studio services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to sign this Agreement.
Special Notice for Minors:
If you are under 18 years old, please read this Agreement under the supervision of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the terms of use for minors. If you are a legal guardian of a minor, we hope you can reasonably set your child's entertainment time and cultivate healthy gaming habits.
1.1 This Agreement: Refers to the main text of this Agreement, "JIRI Studio Privacy Protection Agreement" and its revised versions. Once the above content is officially released, it becomes an integral part of this Agreement. This Agreement also includes the Ministry of Culture's "Essential Clauses for Network Game Service Formatted Agreements".
1.2 Game Rules: Refers to user guidelines, player regulations, game announcements, tips and notifications regarding JIRI Studio that are published and revised from time to time by JIRI Studio service providers.
1.3 JIRI Studio Service Provider: Refers to the service provider that provides JIRI Studio to you, namely Beijing Leyi Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. and its JIRI Studio, which are collectively referred to as "JIRI Studio" or "Leyi" in this Agreement.
1.4 JIRI Studio: Refers to the collective name of games operated by JIRI Studio, including mobile terminal games, HTML5 games (H5 games) and other forms of games; JIRI Studio may be provided in software form, in which case JIRI Studio also includes the relevant software and related documentation.
1.5 JIRI Studio Services: Refers to various online operational services related to games provided by JIRI Studio to you.
1.6 You: Also referred to as "player" or "user", refers to a natural person authorized to use JIRI Studio and its services.
1.7 Game Data: Refers to various data recorded by the server during your use of JIRI Studio, including but not limited to character data, virtual item data, behavior logs, purchase logs, etc.
If you need to use and enjoy JIRI Studio, you need to use an account recognized by JIRI Studio that you have the right to use as a game account, and log in to the real-name registration system and perform real-name registration in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
Real-name Registration Requirements:
When you perform real-name registration, you should provide true, legal, accurate, and valid identity information and other related information about yourself, and you must not use other people's identity information for real-name registration. Otherwise, JIRI Studio has the right to take corresponding measures, and you shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
You further acknowledge and agree that you may not be able to make game purchases or consumption in guest mode. Once you uninstall or reinstall JIRI Studio, or replace your mobile phone, computer or other terminal devices or such terminal devices are damaged, all game-related data in guest mode may be cleared and cannot be queried or recovered. You shall bear any losses caused thereby.
You fully understand and agree that JIRI Studio will apply your real-name registration information (including relevant real-name authentication and age information, etc.) to the anti-addiction system in accordance with national requirements, that is, JIRI Studio may determine whether you are over 18 years old, whether your submitted real-name identity information is standardized or whether real-name verification has passed based on your real-name registration information, thereby deciding whether to impose anti-addiction restrictions on your game account.
You fully understand and agree that JIRI Studio has the right to review whether the identity information provided by users during registration is true and valid, and should actively take reasonable technical and management measures to ensure the security and validity of user accounts; users have the obligation to properly keep their accounts and passwords, and use their accounts and passwords correctly and safely.
You agree and authorize JIRI Studio to collect your user information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement, including your real-name registration information, game data under your game account, and other information you provide to JIRI Studio during your use of JIRI Studio game services based on security, user experience optimization and other considerations.
You understand and agree that in order to better provide you with game services and improve game experience, JIRI Studio can collect unique identifiers, nicknames, avatars and other information you authorize related to QQ, WeChat and other accounts (third-party accounts) recognized by JIRI Studio that you use as game accounts.

When using JIRI Studio or JIRI Studio services, you must comply with laws and regulations and must not use JIRI Studio or JIRI Studio services to engage in illegal or irregular conduct, including but not limited to:
Unless permitted by law or with written permission from JIRI Studio, you shall not engage in the following conduct:
JIRI Studio is the intellectual property owner of JIRI Studio. All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of JIRI Studio (including but not limited to the overall JIRI Studio, all art, music, literary works and other game components and parts contained in the game, as well as continuous dynamic images presented during JIRI Studio operation) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and corresponding international treaties.
6.1 Agreement Signing Location: Haidian District, Beijing, People's Republic of China
6.2 Applicable Law: Laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws)
6.3 Dispute Resolution: If any dispute or controversy arises between you and JIRI Studio due to this Agreement, it should first be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, you agree to submit the dispute or controversy to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where this Agreement is signed.
